Return & Refund Policy – Emillion LLC
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all online purchases made through the Emillion LLC webshop.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies only to products that are legally permitted to be sold online, such as:

Vape accessories (chargers, cases, tools, non-hygienic parts)

Merchandise

Non-regulated products
2. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided that:

The product is unused

The product is in original condition
-
Original packaging is intact
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Emillion LLC in writing within 14 days.
3. Hygiene and sealed products
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

Are sealed and
-
Have been unsealed after delivery
This includes (but is not limited to):

Mouthpieces / drip tips
-
Personal-use accessories
-
Any product that comes into direct contact with the mouth or skin
This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch Civil Code Article 6:230p BW.
4. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is:

Defective
-
Damaged on arrival
-
Incorrectly delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will offer:

Replacement, or
-
Repair, or
-
Refund (if replacement or repair is not possible)
This is in line with statutory warranty and conformity requirements.

Returns without prior approval may be refused.
6. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

Refunds will be made using the original payment method
8. Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that:

Show signs of use

Are damaged by improper handling

Are incomplete

Are not in resalable condition
